Chef Haim Aizenberg has over 30 years of experience working in kitchens, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine. He was born in Israel and moved to the United States in 2008. Since then, Chef Aizenberg has opened over 15 restaurant concepts along the East Coast. He has experience with food from around the globe ranging from sushi to Mediterranean dishes. Chef Aizenberg has catered weddings and events of up 1000 people. His specialty is kosher and modern Israeli cuisine.
